What are Beach Mobility & Active Recovery Sessions, and Why is it important to incorporate into my wellness routine?

Active Recovery & Mobility are important elements of our wellbeing that we often neglect. In our daily lives, our daily habits of overwork, or inactivity can lead to imbalance leading to fatigue, stiffness, soreness, tightness, and pain.
During our sessions, we will guide you through a series of subtle functional & mobility exercises targeted to open up and re-set the body, customized based on the group's individual needs, so you feel refreshed. Each session is unique based on your needs, so no two sessions will ever be the same.
Participants from our prior sessions noticed an improvement to their overall wellbeing and mobility. Their joints felt lubricated, more supple & mobile after the sessions. With practice, their bodies felt more youthful, flexible, rejuvenated. Their minds felt more at ease and at peace.
For me personally, I equate Active Recovery & Mobility training to eating, breathing, and sleeping, it is an essential and integral part of my wellness routine to keep me balanced, and to keep my body happy. I practice Active Recovery & Mobility regularly with my Barre Bootcamp partner, Movement & Mobility Specialist , Mike, and my body feels brand new and refreshed afterwards.
